Andre Stone CEO

Andre grew up in the Pacific Northwest and moved to Baltimore in 2009 to pursue a Master’s degree at Morgan State University. Despite his rural upbringing, he has always been passionate about cities. After working as a city planner and architect, he started renovating vacant homes in 2013, and founded Pondosa Projects in 2022.

Andre lives in central Baltimore and is active in his community association, as well as other initiatives to improve his adopted hometown. When he’s not working, Andre enjoys camping in the mountains, skiing, hiking, golf, gardening, learning new languages (8 and counting), and cheering for Everton FC.
